All of the calendars are navigated in the same way. And, any navigation selection can be chosen at any time regardless of the presentation you are currently viewing.
You can click any event in any calendar presentation, and if additional information about the event is available, it will be displayed.
Across the top of the calendar are four buttons you can click. Three are combined as "Day Week Month." These change the presentation of the calendar you are looking at to be a day, a week, or a month presentation. The fourth button, "Today," will change the presentation as necessary to show today's date in the presentation of the calendar. "Today" is a great button to click to get back to recent events.
Along the left margin of the calendar are more navigation options.
• By clicking on the name of a month, a monthly presentation of that month will appear.
• By clicking on the arrow to the left of a week, a weekly presentation of that week will appear.
• By clicking on any day of any month, a daily presentation of that day will appear.
You can move forward and back in the months being presented in the left margin column by clicking the up and down arrows at the top of the column. You can quickly get to the actual current month in the left margin display - just click on the diamond between the two arrows.
Please note that I make no effort to correct events that have passed. Also, I don't pay much attention to events more than four months (more or less) in the future - so these are unreliable (or, if you prefer, proposed, but not firm).
WHEN YOU SUBMIT AN EVENT FOR A CALENDAR, FOUR ITEMS ARE REQUIRED:
1. DATE OF THE EVENT
2. BEGINNING TIME OF THE EVENT
3. ENDING TIME OF THE EVENT (Folks want to know how much time they're committing)
4. A TITLE FOR THE EVENT
5. (OPTIONAL) A DESCRIPTION OF THE EVENT FOR PEOPLE TO GAIN FURTHER INSIGHT ABOUT THE EVENT
